Nutrition Workshop

In case you missed the Nutrition Workshop, you can catch all of it here! Whether you are looking to improve health markers, lose body fat, do your first pull up, clean 200 pounds or recover more quickly, you need to focus on what you eat and drink. CrossFit, while some think is only about the workouts, prescribes a diet as well: eat meat, vegetables, some fruit, nuts and seeds, little starch and no sugar.

Sarah breaks down the CrossFit prescription and the Zone Diet during the workshop. She has years of experience with The Zone Diet as well as years of experience coaching people through it. She provides tips and tricks as well as breaks down a whole days worth of blocks.
