CrossFit produces exceptional results by effectively combining lifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and other functional fitness movements. Our classes are universally scalable – meaning the classes are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of experience or fitness level. At Movement Republic we emphasize intention of movement over volume of movement, classes focus on the proper execution of all movements to achieve all-around fitness safely and effectively.

Each CrossFit class is 60 minutes and led by one of our expert coaches.

We understand the importance of rest days and also that everyone's schedules vary. For this reason we have two built in rest/make up days each week, Wednesday and Saturday. If you have made it in the other days, we encourage you to take a rest day. Or, for instance, if you had to miss Monday's WOD, you can use Wednesday to make up that workout. You will get all the same attention as in regular class. This has been a great way to ensure you don't miss important training days.
